Is the new budget fair? Is it? Well, what’s fair? I don’t understand half of it. We tend to understand what we want.
This is the only Budget cartoon this season from me. I had to be a bit conservative as the paper who printed it tries to be neutral. I could have been much more cynical! But no, this time I used mostly happy faces all round.
I hope you like it. I had only a few hours to draw it.
