Back to school in Victoria
This is the latest cartoon heading into the local papers next week. The Star Mail News in Healesville in the beautiful Yarra Valley. You can pick up your copy as of next Tuesday.
Now, we are opening up our restrictions in Victoria. Healesville is regarded as Metropolitan Melbourne we are still in lockdown. It’s not particularly nice. But it’s still better than being on a Ventilator. I have plenty of time to draw. I drew a lot and simply forgot to add them here. What I will do is a catchup campaign.
To this cartoon. The schools are reopening and with that the students need to follow some strict rules set out by the government. It’s a decent list. It’s probably not as bad as in this cartoon. I just wanted to highlight the implications for the students.
Healesville is beautifully situated in the bush. You could think that we are in regional Victoria. The next town is 10 Kilometres away. Let’s not get bogged down in politics. School is about to return.
I think the kids need a bigger backpack to carry all their gear with them.
