Sometimes I just have to sit down and doodle. I do that mostly on a desk with a bunch of papers in front of me and a HB pencil in my hand. That works for me most of the times.
Today I tried something different.
I used the computer. I mostly use the computer to correct mistakes and sometimes to colour the drawings. I find it a bit of a pain in the backside. But like everything, you got to go with the times and try out new things.
I used some good brushes and set out to start sketching. I was a bit surprised how well it worked. Initially I only wanted to draw one guy and ended up with 6. The next step is inking. I have a few good ink brushes on Photoshop. I try them out and report back once the next step is done.
